The Rivelin Valley Conservation Group (RVCG) held our Heritage Open Day (HOD) in Rivelin Park on the 10th Sept 2023, with the usually rain that acommpanies the day.

The event was very well attended with our guided walks and poetry talks throughout the event.

The RVCG had their normal stall of bird boxes and bird food etc. and a second information stall giving information about the history of Rivelin Valley and it’s cutlery mills with two models on display.

Graham Appleby led the guided walks and Fay Musselwhite held the poetry talks.
